1. Services Offered

RegionWeb LLC provides one-on-one consultations, custom web design, development, and deployment services. Each project is scoped individually based on your business goals and technology needs.

2. Consultations & Quotes

• Initial consultations are free unless otherwise stated.
• Project quotes are valid for 14 days and are subject to revision based on scope changes.

3. Payment & Invoicing

• Payments are due according to agreed project milestones (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% upon completion).
• All invoices are sent electronically and payable via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer.

4. Revisions & Approvals

We offer 2 free rounds of design revisions. Additional changes outside the scope may incur extra fees. Projects are considered complete upon your written approval or final payment—whichever comes first.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel a project before work begins with no fee. If work has started, a partial fee may apply based on time and resources already used.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, all custom website files and assets developed for your project are your property.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Warranties & Limitations

• We guarantee that all delivered code will be functional and responsive upon launch.
• We are not liable for third-party outages, hosting issues, or software updates unless covered under a support agreement.
