Welcome to Region Web LLC. These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply when you use this website or hire Region Web for website design, development, hosting, maintenance, or related services.
By requesting services, approving a project, or submitting payment, you agree to these terms and any written project agreement or proposal provided by Region Web.
Region Web provides website design, website development, managed hosting, website maintenance, technical support, and related digital services for businesses throughout the United States.
Each project is based on an agreed scope of work. Features, pages, timelines, deliverables, and pricing may vary depending on the needs of the client.
Prices displayed on this website are starting prices. Final pricing depends on the size, complexity, features, and requirements of the project.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before the website is launched or transferred to the client.
Deposits reserve development time and are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
Region Web will complete the services described in the accepted quote, proposal, invoice, or written project agreement.
Requests that substantially change the original design, page count, functionality, integrations, or scope may require additional payment and may affect the project timeline.
Reasonable revisions are included during the development process to help ensure that the website meets the agreed project requirements.
Revisions do not include a complete redesign, replacement of the agreed concept, or major additions outside the original scope. Those requests may be quoted separately.
The client is responsible for providing the information and materials needed to complete the project, including:
Delays in providing materials or approvals may delay the project timeline.
The client represents that they own, license, or have permission to use all text, logos, images, videos, trademarks, and other materials provided to Region Web.
Region Web is not responsible for copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal claims arising from materials supplied by the client.
The client retains ownership of all original content, branding, and materials they provide to Region Web.
Upon receipt of final payment, the client owns the completed website and its custom design. Region Web will continue to host and manage the website as part of the client's active hosting and maintenance plan unless the client requests that management be transferred elsewhere.
If the client chooses to transfer hosting or management to another provider, Region Web will provide the website files and reasonable assistance with the transfer after any outstanding balances have been paid.
Region Web retains ownership of its proprietary development tools, reusable code libraries, frameworks, internal systems, and other technology that is not unique to the client's website.
Region Web may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, advertising, or other promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Region Web websites require an active hosting and maintenance plan unless another arrangement is approved in writing.
The hosting and maintenance plan may include managed hosting, routine updates, minor content changes, security maintenance, technical assistance, and general support.
Major redesigns, new pages, custom features, substantial content entry, or work outside normal maintenance may require an additional quote.
Invoices must be paid by their stated due date. Region Web may pause work, withhold launch, suspend support, or temporarily disable hosting when an account is overdue.
Region Web will make a reasonable effort to provide notice before suspending a live website for nonpayment.
Projects may rely on third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, booking platforms, analytics tools, or other integrations.
Region Web is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, data loss, service changes, account restrictions, or discontinued features caused by third-party providers.
Either party may cancel a project by providing written notice.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If completed work exceeds the value of the deposit, Region Web may invoice the client for the additional work performed before cancellation.
Region Web may cancel a project due to nonpayment, abusive behavior, unlawful requests, repeated failure to communicate, or failure to provide required materials.
Region Web reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any project that, in our sole judgment, appears to involve unlawful activity, fraud, infringement of intellectual property rights, deceptive practices, malicious software, phishing, spam, unauthorized access to computer systems, or any other activity that violates applicable law.
Region Web will not knowingly design, develop, host, or maintain websites intended to facilitate or promote illegal activity.
If Region Web receives information indicating that a request or project involves actual or suspected criminal activity, we reserve the right to preserve relevant records and cooperate with law enforcement or other governmental authorities as required or permitted by applicable law.
Region Web will make reasonable efforts to build a professional, functional, and responsive website. However, Region Web does not guarantee search-engine rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, or other specific business results.
Region Web will make reasonable efforts to correct defects caused by its own work when reported within a reasonable period after launch.
This does not cover problems caused by client changes, third-party services, unauthorized access, expired accounts, external software, unsupported modifications, or events outside Region Web's control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Region Web will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.
Region Web's total liability relating to a project will not exceed the amount paid by the client to Region Web for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Region Web may update these Terms of Service periodically. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date.
